Projekteinführung:

Chifeng Cloud Copper in response to the Chifeng municipal government's call for enterprises in the built up area to retreat into the park, considering the long-term development of enterprises, in 2017, the gradual implementation of 400,000 tons of environmental protection upgrading and relocation project, the overall site of the plant moved to the high-tech industrial development zone of Yuanbaoshan Marin non-ferrous Metal Industrial Park. Das Projekt verwendet gemischtes Kupferkonzentrat als Rohstoff. Der Schmelzprozess umfasst Doppelblasen-Blasen, kontinuierliches Blasen, Rotationsanodenofenraffinierung und konventionelle Stromdichte-Bidirektional-Parallel-Flusselektrolyse-Prozess. Das neue Werk hat zwei Sätze unabhängiger Produktionssysteme mit einer jährlichen Kapazität von 200.000 Tonnen gebaut.

Das Unternehmen befasste sich hauptsächlich mit der Konstruktion von 16 Zellen der CLF-40-Flotationsmaschine, 9 Zellen der CLF-16-Flotationsmaschine sowie einigen Vorbereitungstanks und rührenden Panzern, die mit Verschleiß-resistenten Keramikpulverbeschichtung ausgekleidet sind.
